The iron plate is your dish.

Okay.

The link to the website is Hachichang in Fukuoka Prefecture. Please correct somebody.

Suggested a correction

Why is the store name simply “Hachichang”? Is the person in charge of Google Maps incompetent? Is there no Japanese staff? Hachichang has many shops here and there, so you can't understand “Hachichang”. I wonder if the person in charge doesn't actually travel.

I thought that too. I would like to ask the store staff if there is an opportunity.

Do you have anything to take home?

There is.

I have never been there, but there is also Hachisho on the second floor of my favorite village in Hiroshima, which is closed on Thursdays. It's not a blue warmth, but a red warmth, so I'm sorry if the name is the same.

There are Blue Hachisho and Akachi Hachisho in Hiroshima. The owner is different, of course the taste is blue in Itsukaichi.

I go to Hiroshima personally every year but I can not eat it on Monday. Is there a store I do on Monday?

It is located in Gokaichi Saiki Ward, Hiroshima City

Specialized Restaurant for Okonomiyaki. The okonomiyaki is sauced lightly so self-add sauce is recommended

Really, really great food. Very exciting to sit at the bar and watch. Shame about the hour long queue (it was a Saturday night and we didn’t time it well) but perhaps worth it for supposedly the best local okonomiyaki. I had the recommended dish - my partner is veggie/pesce so requested the same but with no pork and the chef was very accommodating. Wish we’d tried the squid tempura - it looked great. Excellent value too.

Mouth-watering, traditional Hiroshima okonomiyaki. Order a beer and watch as it’s made right in front of you among infinite other orders. The okonomiyaki is huge and oh so delicious, blending tons of flavors and textures. Don’t expect anything fancy, this is a classic, simple Japanese joint. I got here early and stood in line for 40 minutes to try this, on my last evening in town. Totally worth it.

Ordered the recommended item off their English menu.It is worth the wait. While waiting, watch the head chef and his apprentices work their magic on this inconspicuously satisfying dish. Enjoy a beer or chuhai while watching.

This was some of the best fun I had while I was in Japan last time! The night I went no one spoke English, and it really didn't matter. They did have a menu in English, but almost everything is easily identifiable. It can be really crowded at times so it's best to check it out, but they do move through very fast especially during the dinner rush hour. Prices are very cheap, and beer is available. Like most places you have to call for the waitress, they don't just come to the table. Keep in mind, that Japan's rules still allow smoking in many restaurants and this is one of them. But as long as it's not terribly busy, it's actually not too bad the place as it is well ventilated.

The best okonomiyaki in hiroshima. This place totally changed my view on the dish. Prior to eating at Hassho, okonomiyaki is never on my mind anymore whenever i travel to japan due to few bad tasting experiences. Expect to a long queue though. I went at 8pm and queue for slightly over an hour. Great experience overall to eat right on the hot plate.

Saw this place on TV when the Hairy Bikers visited. Had to queue up, but Okonomiyaki is the tastiest thing I've eaten for years. You sit up at a counter and the chefs cook it on a hotplate in front of you. Recommended.
